Sales Consultants

Our Sales Consultants lead customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to final paperwork, educate customers on Grubbs Family of Dealerships benefits, and follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Service Advisors

Our Service Advisors greet customers and help them determine repairs and relevant costs, maintain up-to-date knowledge about their employer's range of services, and contact customers to update them about their vehicle's repair status.

Service Technicians

Our Service Technicians diagnosis and repair vehicles in the service department. They will also inspect these vehicles and perform any maintenance that is due. Our technicians have a unique opportunity to participate in the Grubbs Family of Dealerships PROTECH Program that offers bonuses, tool allowances, special recognition, and career growth opportunities.

Porter

Our porters help with everything from arranging cars on the lot, working with our service teams, fueling cars and performing minor maintenance including changing windshield wipers and topping off fluids.

BDC Team

At the Grubbs Family of Dealerships Listening Center, we pride ourselves on being unique in the call center space. We have a variety of opportunities that begin your automotive career regardless of your previous experience. Corporate Office

Our Corporate Office team supports our dealerships behind the scenes either in store or at our centralized office working with all our locations. They are an extension of all our retail teams and also work to uphold the Grubbs Family of Dealerships brand.
